Most frequent cause of bodyache is over stretching or overuse of muscle. Bodyache can be associated with chronic exertional compartment syndrome, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, dystonia, fever like influenza, chikungunya, typhoid, and dengue, etc.
