• 1987: Boericke & Tafel became a part of Hom Int(Homoeopathy International), a federation of homeopathic firms doing business throughout the world.
• 1988: Boericke & Tafel, America’s oldest homeopathic consumer brand ,became a subsidiary of Willmar Schwabe Group.
• 2015: Body care range launched in India.
