A patient aged 75 years by occupation house wife came to
my clinic for burning pains behind sternum, sour
eructations. She was thirstless. She was suffering from
flatulence, gases move upwards. Eructation does not give
relief in the flatulence. Restlessness (+++). Irritable,
angered easily, worse by consolation. She was lean and
thin. Thermally she was hot patient. She had fear of
darkness. Very miserly by character.
Her USG report revealed Gall stone.
