Short case history:
13-01-2019
PCOD since 5 years.
Wt - 80kg
Syncope on & off. Feeling weakness and goes to unconscious state a few times in the last 15 days, first being when she went to hill temple 15 days ago.
Difficulty in breathing on & off after the above syncope episode.
Hypotension.
BP 90/60
Anxiety
Sensitive, weeps easily.
USG done on 28-12-2018
Pusatilla 200 1 dose + 1 lit water, 150ml x 7 days after 10 strokes every time, morning empty stomach
Five phos 3X 2-0-2 AM
Angioton 15-0-15 drops AM
Aur mur nat 3x 2-0-2 AM
After 10 months of follow-up with repetition of Pulse in 1M; and intercurrent of Natrum mur 30 once; and Arnica 200 and Symphytum 200 for injury once.
03-11-19
Ovarian cyst disappeared. Continuing treatment for some other complaints.
