A male patient of 11 years old came to my clinic for adenotonsilar hypertrophy. Patient was advised by E.N.T. surgeon to take surgical help to remove chronic tonsillitis as well as chronic hypertrophy of adenoid gland at the root of nasopharynx. He was suffering from sore throat, stuffiness of nose, difficulty of deglutition, mild fever and forgetfulness for 2 weeks. Patient sleeps mouth open.
