A male patient B.M. aged 68 years came to me with
complaints of pain in chest, breathing distress;
hypertension and an ECHO report dated 26/01/2014
indicates
1. Right coronary cusp of aortic valve is calcified,
2. Anterior wall septal hypokinesia is noted, and
3. Anterior sepatal myocardial ischemia noted.
