The use of this remedy marks towards the bowel symptoms, in both constipation and haemorrhage from the bowels in the course of typhoid - one phase of the paralytic weakness of the muscles in the body. Stiffness of the tissues in the tongue and uterus, ulcers with the indurated base, feeling of dryness, inflammation on the brain are also covered.  

Head - Treats vertigo and weakness in the pit of the stomach, hair loss and burning pain as if something is kept on top.

Heart - Throbbing from lying down on the right side.

Respiratory - Coughing up blood and difficulty in expelling mucus, great weakness in the chest, asthma and sticky morning releases in aged people.

Skin - It is effective for ulcers, increase in the fibrous elements in the tissue from long inflammatory irritation, hardened glands, eczema in the back of the penis, inflammation, hair loss and abnormal growth of the epithelium.

Extremities - Weakness in the muscles and constricted feeling around the limbs.
