Veratrum album MT

Veratrum album MT is used in case of collapse, with extreme coldness, blueness and weakness. It is also used in cold perspiration, on the forehead, with nearly all complaints. The profuse violent retching and vomiting is most characteristic. Used in cases of excessive dryness of all mucous surfaces. Its phytoconstituent veratridine is used in ointments for the treatment of neuralgia and rheumatoid pain.
