Aloe socotrina MT

Aloe socotrina MT increases the secretions of the gastro-intestinal tract, the liver, pancreas and all the mucous glands of the bowels. It causes a soft, dark coloured evacuation from the bowels, which is attended with griping. The liver is sluggish, there is a sensation of urging in the rectum, with haemorrhoids and distention of the veins; insecurity of the anus. It is an important remedy in diarrhoea, this may be an early morning diarrhoea, or it may be chronic in type. In dysentery the stool are frequent, painful and are attended with burning in the rectum and anus, with tenesmus. It is a notable remedy in congestion of the haemorrhoidal veins and haemorrhoids which bleed easily and profusely. Also useful in headache, uterine haemorrhage and leucorrhoea.
