ALPHA - HA (HEAD-ACHE)

INTRODUCTION 

Headache is a very common symptom associated with many diseases and disorders. It has a high frequency of incidence, irrespective of age and sex. People at times experience headache affecting their comfort and capability to work. Frequently, it is of trivial importance and may be caused by minor problems like tension, stress or strain, psychological or emotional disturbances, over-exertion or eye strain, temporary dysfunction of digestive or circulatory systems. Reversible headache occurs in cases of minor trauma, sun, or as a consequence of noxae, or excess of alcohol, tobacco, tea or coffee. 

Persistent headache due to serious causes or organic defects will need specialised medical care. Alpha - HA is not a general analgesic but it acts curative in reversible types of headaches. It is minimising the frequency and intensity because of its five proven homoeopathic medicines each acting on headache due to different causes. They complement each other in their action.

Spigelia anthelmia 3x 10%

Proven indications of the individual ingredients in the sphere of claimed action: 

Spigelia anthelmia: Pain occurs periodically of tearing, digging or boring character. Semilateral headache, involving generally on the left side, but occasionally on the right side. Pain beneath frontal eminence and temples, extending to the eyes. Pain worse by movement and noise. 

Belladonna: It covers headache, throbbing in character with heat, especially in forehead, occiput and temples. The pain is worse to light, noise, lying down and in afternoons, better by pressure and in semi erect posture. 

Glonoinum: It covers headaches increasing and decreasing with the sun, throbbing pain, vertigo on assuming upright position and head feels enormously large. 

Nux vomica: Headache in occiput or over eyes, worse in morning, after mental exertion, by intake of tobacco, alcohol and coffee, dullness and confusion in the head are covered by this ingredient. 

Secale cornutum: Headache with confusion and stupefaction, peripheral circulatory disturbances, vertigo as if from intoxication, peculiar feeling of lightness of head, especially of occiput are covered effectively by this. 

Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, 10-20 drops every ½ hourly. Gradually reduce to 10-20 drops thrice daily as the symptoms improve. If complaints are not relieved, consult a specialist. 

Note: The product contains alcohol. In the case of children, pregnant and lactating ladies and in certain serious liver and alcohol problems, consult a specialist. 

Side effects: No side effects of Alpha - HA are known.
