Arsenicum metallicum CH

It is indicated for oedematous swelling of the body and general weakness, constipation, diarrhea, headache, etc.

Head: Weakness of memory with lowered spirits and tiredness. Illusion of visions which makes her cry. Sensation as if head is enlarged, with heaviness and pain in the head especially on the left side. Pain extends to the ears and neck. Headache worse from stooping down.

Face: Puffiness of eyes with redness, itching and burning. Swollen eyes with profuse tears and burning with running nose. Weakness and weariness of eyes with photophobia.

Mouth: Thick, coated white with imprints of teeth. Sore mouth full of apthous ulcers.

Abdomen: Soreness in the liver region with pain in the liver extending to shoulders and spine. Pain in spleen extends towards the groin region.
Pain in the mammae extending to the hip and the spleen. Pain relieved by diarrhea which is watery with burning sensation in the anus.
