Suited to constitutions imitating a state of drunkenness. Severe headache. Inability to swallow. Plugged sensation. Thirsty but unable to drink. Burning heat alternates with icy coldness. Involuntary urination when walking and during sleep. Increased sexual desire. Falling off of hair of eyebrows and beard. Eruptions on sexual parts. Foul breath.

Head: Laughs and sings. Low intelligence with a loss of memory. Vertigo with congestion of head and a tendency to fall backward. Pain in right side of head with nausea and vomiting. Feels as if pointed irons were thrust in, as if he had water in the head.

Male Sexual Organs: Sores on penis and in urethra. Desire increased by every attempt to satisfy it until it drives him to onanism and madness.

Respiratory Organs: Hoarseness of voice with difficulty in speaking accompanied by drowsiness. Obstinate cough, worse in the evening and at night, and from dust. Burning and raw feeling in chest.

Modalities: Worse by wine and coffee.
