Head: Pain above the eyes, with rumbling in abdomen and with eructation. Headache better by coffee. Pain in the face.

Urine: Irritation in urethra with a desire for coitus. Burning pain on urinating. Urine passes in streams, has to apply pressure.

Skin: Itching and dry eruption, especially on hands. Joints appear swollen.

Extremities: Pain in shoulder and arm. Cramps in thumbs and fingers.
