This remedy is useful in disorders of nervous system with impaired memory, depression, irritability and weakening of all the senses.

Mind: Weakness of memory with aversion to any kind of work. Melancholic with hallucinations of persecution and sounds, and very suspicious. Nervous exhaustion and lack of confidence in himself along with memory loss. Scalp covered by little boils which itches violently.

Stomach: Slow digestion with fullness and distention of the abdomen. Constant sensation of emptiness in the stomach, with eructation, nausea and vomiting which is relieved by eating. Swallows food and drinks hastily.

Rectum: Inactive and sluggish intestinal movements with ineffectual urge and desire. Constricted sensation in the rectum with difficulty to pass the stools even when soft. Bleeding and painful haemorrhoids with itching in the anus.

Respiratory: Constricted feeling in the chest with oppression of chest, heat and anxiety. Cough induced by talking especially in children and after eating with vomiting and headache.

Extremities: Severe lightning like pain in the thumb. Weakness of Knees feel and cramps in calves. Warty excrescences on the palms and vesicular eruptions on the fingers.

Skin: Eruptions with severe itching and dryness with mental irritability. Reddish rashes, raised swellings and vesicular eruptions on the skin.

Modalities: Worse from hot application and better from eating.
