Great debility and prostration, or low fever, with diarrhea.

Face: Pale face that flushes at the least excitement.

Stomach: Weakness from lack of digestive power in the stomach or general poor assimilation. Nausea made worse in the morning and before breakfast. An empty all gone sensation in stomach at irregular times. Tearing, dragging pains in the stomach. Food remains in the stomach for a long time. Diarrhea of undigested food immediately after eating. Pains from the left side of the abdomen extending to the back.

Tongue: Dirty white coating of the tongue especially at the base though the rest of it may be clean.

Female: Discharge from vagina with bearing down pains. Feels as if the contents of the abdomen will escape downwards. Pains made worse by walking. Right side of the lower abdomen feels sore.

Sleep: Sleep disturbed suddenly with palpitations and a numb sensation of the tongue.

Modalities: Worse by exertion and better by lying down.
