Dullness and slowness is characteristic of this remedy. Diarrhea with great weakness and a dry brown tongue. Tearing pain in the heels, especially after lunch, cannot even put the feet on the ground. Throat and stomach feel as if they had been set on fire. Constant vomiting of a deep green color. Feces are coffee-ground in color. Respiration is difficult. Excessively weak in the evening, seems as if dragging along.

Head: Confusion of head with dizziness.

Face: Face becomes as red as fire. Lips turn brown and blackish at inner edges. Dryness of lips with a sensation of burning. Brown and dry tongue with pasty taste in the morning better by eating.

Abdomen: Sudden excessive thirst. Eructation with continuous nausea and vomiting of a deep green color. Pain in abdomen with flatulence

Stool: Multiple stools during the night of coffee ground color.

Respiratory Organs: Hoarseness and scraping of larynx. Breathing required effort and is slow with a feeble pulse.

Generalities: Extreme weakness. Feels very tired in the evening Lower limbs feel bruised

Modalities: Better in open air.
