Exhaustion of mind and sexual excitement. Prostration, weakness and pain of back. Pins and needle sensation in extremities. Weakness of muscles with a heavy tired feeling. spasms and prostration od muscles. Inability to pass urine with increased concentration of toxins in the blood. Suits persons with a sallow complexion.

Mind: Lack of will-power, unable to work. Loss of memory with prostration.

Head: Pain in head better by tight bandaging. Pain in the back of head at the slightest mental exertion. Anxiety and fear of failure at examination.

Stomach: Bitter taste with aversion to food.

Urinary: Scanty urine with dribbling. Dark, bloody, scanty urine with urging at night.

Male: Profuse emissions causing great exhaustion. Pain in testicles.

Female: Itching in vulva caused by discharge from vagina.

Extremities: Burning along spine with great weakness. Tired, heavy feeling all over the body, especially limbs; worse by exertion. Feet are cold, cannot be warmed.

Modalities: Worse by the least exertion, especially mental, after sleep and in wet weather. Widely used in summer or hot weather as the patient is worse then. Better, from cold air, cold water and by tight pressure.
