A powerful and a remedy for chronic complaints preferable in all diseases where stomach symptoms predominate . Most of the symptoms are associated with the gastric disturbances. Helpful in cases of dyspepsia of the aged with functional heart symptoms. Well used for complaints after tea or tobacco.

Head: The head feels hot with red warm cheeks. Dull and lethargic in the day but unable to sleep at night.

Stomach: There is pain in the stomach always after meals. Feels as if something hard were fixed in the stomach causing a distressing sense of constriction. Like the mind’s activity, has a loss of appetite in the morning but is very hungry by noon and at night. However, is generally worse after meals. The breath is offensive and there is a lot of eructation.

Female: Helpful in cases of delayed menses sometimes up to 3 months.

Chest: The sense of constriction continues in the chest and compels cough but it makes things worse. Sense of constriction in the throat along with panting for breath.

Back: Pain in the lower back along with the extremities

Sleep: Unable to sleep in the night because of nightmares and hunger.

Fever: Feels hot and cold alternately .It helps in chronic cases of fever with gastric symptoms
